Top industry experts explore innovation and CX strategies for business growth

Eastern Communications successfully hosted its Transcend Summit 2025 at Makati Shangri-La on April 8, bringing together over 200 industry leaders to discuss innovation’s role in business growth and customer experience. The event, themed “Powering the Future Through Innovation and Customer Focus,” was supported by global tech partners including Cato Networks, Fortinet, Huawei, Sophos, Cisco, CloudSigma, Nexusguard, Pax8, and official media partners The Manila Times and Malaya Business Insight.

Hosted by TEDx Host Vanessa Caro with panel discussions moderated by ABS-CBN’s Mimi Ong, the summit featured keynote speakers including Greg Banzon, COO of Century Pacific Foods, who spoke on transforming challenges into opportunities, and Maulik Parekh of aiVolution Asia, who addressed AI leadership.

A panel discussion with Pierre Curay, Vice President of the Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines (SCMAP), Edsel Paglinawan, Chief Revenue and Innovation Officer of Eastern Communications, and Tonichi Parekh, Vice President of Concentrix, explored how innovation and customer experience are critical for business success in the competitive digital economy.
