Fortune 500 company launches groundbreaking healthcare facility for 100,000+ workforce
Concentrix, a Fortune 500® global technology and services leader and the Philippines’ largest private employer with over 100,000 local workforce, launched KALIX—its company-built integrated health hub designed to serve employees and eligible dependents.
Inspired by Filipino words “kalusugan” (health) and “kalinga” (care), combined with “ix” for intelligent experience, KALIX transforms healthcare experiences for eligible employees and families. The pilot facility in Exxa Bridgetowne serves about 28,000 eligible game-changers from various levels and locations, including work-at-home employees in Metro Manila.
KALIX offers free primary care, multi-specialty consultations, clinic services, diagnostics, physical therapy, and heart screenings—all without affecting existing HMO benefit limits.
“True to our culture as an organization that champions our people in everything we do, KALIX places our game-changers at the center of health and wellness – ensuring total care and seamless experience through compassionate and dedicated medical support and a digitally-powered patient portal for easy appointment booking, results access, and record management, all under one roof,” said Amit Jagga, EVP and Chief Business Officer of Concentrix Philippines. “KALIX is more than a clinic or brand—it’s really a move to change the game in employee wellness and to use our scale as a force for good.”
Led by Medical Director Dr. Sabrina Magtoto and an experienced team including doctors, nurses, medtechs, and specialists, KALIX features centralized pods handling vital signs, assessments, and blood extraction, plus preventive care services like Annual Physical Exams and Executive Check-Ups.
“KALIX as a first-of-its-kind initiative, demonstrates that challenging the status quo makes a difference,” said Hazel Banas, Vice President for People Solutions. “It’s truly a holistic wellness initiative.”
KALIX marks a new era of care, blending medical expertise, innovation, and Filipino compassion to elevate workplace wellness.
