Cebuana Lhuillier proudly joined the country’s largest pride march at the Quezon City Memorial Circle on June 22, 2024. Thousands of individuals, organizations, and companies celebrated diversity and supported LGBTQIA+ rights.
By joining 200,000 other attendees, Cebuana Lhuillier showed its commitment to LGBTQIA+ rights and celebrated the community’s progress. Their participation in “Love Laban 2 Everyone” highlighted that their support for inclusivity is ongoing.
Cebuana Lhuillier has long promoted diversity and inclusion through its “iBelong” campaign, ensuring everyone feels welcome and safe, regardless of gender. This reflects their internal and external culture.
President and chief executive officer Jean Henri Lhuillier expressed pride in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, emphasizing that diversity strengthens the company and they are committed to inclusion both within and outside the organization.
Cebuana Lhuillier employees joined the Pride March with signs and flaglets, marching in a sea of rainbow flags to show their support. Despite bad weather postponing the main program, the spirit of hope and inclusivity remained strong.
