Padday na Lima paints the metro with Cagayan Valley’s vibrant heritage hues, launching its trade fair at Festival Mall Alabang on Friday, September 19, 2025. The Ybanag term meaning “made by hands” showcases the region’s finest cultural treasures and traditional craftsmanship.
DTI Region 2 Regional Director Ma. Sofia G. Narag, CESO V, welcomed guests to witness Cagayan Valley’s dazzling spirit embodied in its colors, flavors, and artistry. DTI Regional Operations Group Assistant Secretary Grace Baluyan, alongside LGU officials and private partners, praised the fair as a powerful testament to the region’s vibrant heritage and MSME resilience.
The opening featured the spectacular Hibla’t Habing Rehiyon Dos fashion show, displaying a captivating splash of colors alongside impressive provincial pavilions. Each product tells stories of tradition, ingenuity, and the hardworking communities behind their creations.

A major highlight was the launch of PaddayNaLima.ph—a new digital platform designed to expand Region 2’s MSME visibility and market reach beyond the physical fair, connecting local artisans with broader audiences.
