Acer shines in e-sports, entertainment at Asia Pacific Predator League 2024

ACER’S Asia Pacific Predator League 2024 concluded in the Philippines with new DOTA 2 and VALORANT champions, Blacklist Rivalry and Team Secret.

The successful event, streamed online and in sold-out arenas, highlighted the strength of the region’s esports community and Predator devices.

Andrew Hou, president of Acer Pan Asia Pacific Operations, attributed the success of the Asia Pacific Predator League 2024 to the region’s robust esports community and the Predator brand’s capability to facilitate intense gaming sessions with popular titles.

Hou extended congratulations to the winners and heartfelt appreciation to players, fans, and staff for making the event possible.

Blacklist Rivalry triumphed over Execration, winning USD 65,000, while Execration received USD 20,000. Team Aster and IHC Esports got USD 7,500 each for third and fourth place.

Team Secret, “The Adobo Gang,” dominated FAV Gaming, securing USD 65,000. FAV Gaming received USD 20,000, and BOOM Esports and Team Flash got USD 7,500 each for third and fourth place.

Polo “Raven” Fausto (Dota 2) and Jeremy “Jremy” Cabrera (VALORANT) received the Intel MVP Award and USD 10,000 each.

Meanwhile, Acer ambassadors SB19 and Sarah Geronimo, along with other talents, entertained the audience.

Moreover, the next league will be in Malaysia, starting qualifiers in late 2024 and grand finals in early 2025.
