ABS-CBN Foundation – Sagip Kapamilya recognized Aboitiz Power Corporation (AboitizPower) for supporting its disaster management advocacy during an event in Quezon City.
AboitizPower and the Aboitiz Foundation recently donated water filtration buckets to ABS-CBN Foundation for relief operations in communities affected by Typhoon Kristine.
Developed by non-profit organization Waves for Water, the filtration systems can process up to 1,117 liters of water daily from existing freshwater sources. They remove bacteria and protozoa, immediately providing clean, potable water to disaster-hit communities.
