CEBU CITY, Cebu — Skyrise Realty & Development Corporation (SRDC) signed a new retail supply contract with AboitizPower’s AdventEnergy to provide 732 kilowatts and 585 kilowatts for two of its Cebu buildings.
The agreement, finalized at Aboitiz Corporate Center, extends a partnership that began in 2023.
“Skyrise is grateful for the partnership with the Aboitiz Group and for allocating power for our establishments. This marks the beginning of our journey toward 100% sustainability,” said Engr. Bienvenido Trasmil, SRDC’s head of property management.
AdventEnergy, which leads the Philippines in retail electricity market share according to the Energy Regulatory Commission, focuses on tailored energy solutions through its “Always-on Innovation” approach.
“We deeply value the trust our clients place in us, and we are dedicated to supporting their success with innovative and sustainable energy solutions,” said Rio Colipapa, AboitizPower Retail Sales segment manager.
“Skyrise is the fastest-growing real estate service company in Cebu, and aiding their mission to offer the highest standard of services is at the core of the AdventEnergy promise,” she added.
Following the contract signing, both companies donated 100 sets of school bags and supplies to Children’s Haven, an institution supporting underprivileged children in Cebu’s Carbon Market area.
“We thank the Aboitiz Group for collaborating with us. If we do not act now, we risk missing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact,” said Harry John Viloria, SRDC president. “This initiative helps shape a brighter, more sustainable future for our children.”
The collaboration extends beyond power supply to community initiatives aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
AdventEnergy currently powers over 500 facilities across the Philippines with sustainable energy solutions.
