AboitizPower has been named Prosple’s “Top Employer for Fresh Graduates in the Energy and Utilities Sector for 2025” in the Philippines for the second consecutive year.

According to graduate reviews, AboitizPower earned high scores in management accessibility and mentorship; safety, health and environmental sustainability efforts; corporate social responsibility initiatives; and workplace culture including structure, teamwork, and colleague socialization.

Prosple, a careers and education technology company, connects students with employment and education opportunities.

We pride ourselves in giving utmost importance to providing a safe and inclusive work environment and a culture of support and collaboration, especially for young talents undergoing their own major shifts to the professional world,” said AboitizPower Chief Human Resources Officer Monette Lasala. “We will continue to aspire to be an employer of choice by nurturing our team members’ talents and skills.”

The Top 100 Employers for Graduates List has served as “a valuable resource for students seeking a rewarding career path” since its 2015 launch in Australia, according to Prosple.

Companies are ranked based on popularity among students (75%) measured through page views and application numbers, and program quality (25%) determined by graduate satisfaction reviews.

AboitizPower was also recently recognized among the best companies to work for in the Philippines, leading all others in the utilities sector in a list published by the Philippine Daily Inquirer and market research firm Statista.

As one of the Philippines’ largest power producers, AboitizPower maintains a balanced portfolio of generation assets nationwide. The company operates thermal power plants to support baseload and peak energy demands while expanding investments in renewable energy and storage systems. AboitizPower also owns distribution utilities, including the country’s second and third largest private utilities.
