Executive Chef Andrea Spagoni, raised in Turin, has curated a 6-course menu featuring exquisite Italian regional cuisine with Finestra’s signature flair. Each wine is thoughtfully selected by Sommelier and Director of Beverage Daniel Blais to perfectly complement Chef Spagoni’s dishes.

The evening begins with citrus-marinated scallops paired with Lugana San Benedetto 2023, offering notes of peaches, citrus, and herbs. The second course features veal and tuna tartare with caramelized hazelnuts, expertly matched with Passopisciaro Passobianco 2021’s tropical fruit flavors.
Slow-cooked grouper with radish dip accompanies Barbera d’Alba Superiore 2020, a medium-bodied red with plum and cherry notes. The fourth course showcases artisanal fregola with guanciale and black truffle alongside Langhe Nebbiolo 2021’s smooth red fruit aromas.
Roasted pork tenderloin with grape and celery jam pairs beautifully with the versatile Rosso di Montalcino 2021. The evening concludes with decadent dark chocolate cake and fig jam, balanced by the robust Amarone Classico 2018 for an unforgettable finale.
