The 66th The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Awards launched at Rizal Park Hotel on May 29, 2025. One of the Philippines’ most prestigious awards, TOYM recognizes exceptional young Filipinos who have made outstanding contributions to society.
Presented by JCI Philippines and TOYM Foundation, the annual awards honor Filipinos aged 40 and below, fostering youth leadership and championing values of service, integrity, and innovation for nation-building.
With this year’s theme “Excellence in Action, Building a Better Tomorrow,” TOYM aims for the highest number of nominations in its history. The search seeks to broaden recognition of outstanding young individuals in previously underrepresented areas, ensuring wider representation of youth excellence nationwide.
Qualifications for nomination:
- Filipino aged 18-40 years old by December 31, 2025
- Filipino citizen (including those born to Filipino parents abroad, naturalized citizens, or those with Filipino parent(s) living as resident aliens/immigrants)
- Engaged in field of endeavor for substantial part of life with documented proof
- Contributed to humanitarian causes for substantial part of life with documented proof
- Not a past TOYM honoree or current JCI Philippines/TOYM Foundation national officer/paid staff

The TOYM selection process begins with nominations from May 30 through August 2025, followed by screening in September 2025, judging in October 2025, and the awarding ceremony in January 2026.
