MALVAR-TANAUAN, BATANGAS — The 2025 PCSO-PHILRACOM Silver Cup Racing showcased the Philippine horse racing industry on July 27, 2025, at Metro Manila Turf Club, Inc.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles and Assistant General Manager for Gaming Sector Atty. Lyssa Grace Pagano, who chairs the Racing Committee, led the prestigious event alongside PCSO officials demonstrating strong support for the industry’s advancement.
“Jungkook,” owned by Tisha Sevilla and represented by Aga Matias, claimed the championship and ₱2,400,000 prize. Jockey Mark “The Black Superman” Alvarez and trainer Raymundo E. Mongaya received honors for outstanding performance.
GM Robles, PHILRACOM Chairman Aurelio “Reli” De Leon, and Commissioner Antonio “Tony” Guray awarded trophies and plaques to winners.
