Home improvement retailer MR.DIY announces that 13 stores across Davao Del Norte and Davao del Sur have received the prestigious Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Gold Seal Bagwis Award, recognizing the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction, ethical business practices, and quality standards.
The DTI Gold Seal Bagwis Award honors businesses that excel in consumer rights, customer care, and service excellence.
Since 2022, MR.DIY stores across the Philippines have consistently been recognized
for their exemplary service and performance. That year, 12 stores earned accolades, including six Golds, one Silver, and five Bronze distinctions.
In 2023, the momentum continued as 15 stores were celebrated with three Golds, four Silvers, and eight Bronzes.
In 2024, MR.DIY maintained its drive for excellence, with six stores earning the Gold
