CITICORE Energy REIT Corp. has declared a P0.049 percent share cash dividend covering its second quarter operation, 11.4 percent higher than P0.04308 declared last year.
The company said this is also the largest by far since its listing in February 2022.
“The cash dividends will be payable on October 4 to stockholders on record as of September 9,” the company said.
CREIT said the record dividends is attributed to the 21 percent increase in lease revenues during the period, at P799.98 million from P663.58 million.
“Of these, new leases contributed 17 percent as CREIT signed new contracts for the land acquired using proceeds from the Asean Green Bond issuance last February,” the company said.
