Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. said registered profit of P2.1 billion in the first quarter, down 13.93 percent from last year’s P2.44 billion.
Revenues amounted to P8.73 billion, down 12.08 percent from P9.93 billion.
The company said it recorded a “continued quarterly improvement as reservation sales for the period hit P16.0 billion, up 4 percent from last year.
The company reported real estate revenues of P6.3 billion, down 13 percent while the leasing income was at P2 billion, down 9 percent.
The company’s leasing business has the advantage of having majority essential tenants, which is the main reason for the better performance of its retail properties.
