The auction was 1.8 times oversubscribed with total tenders reaching P27 billion.

With its decision, the BTr raised the full program of P15 billion.

This brings the total outstanding volume for the series to P142.7 billion.

Last Monday, the BTr fully awarded bids for the auctioned treasury bills amid strong demand for the government IOUs.

The auction was almost three times oversubscribed, attracting P59.4 billion in total tenders.

The BTr raised the full program of P20 billion for the auction.
