SM Prime Holdings Inc. is opening its 62,000 square meters (sq.m.) SM City Tuguegarao today, November 18.
SM City Tuguegarao is SM Prime’s 82nd mall in the Philippines. It will be SM Prime’s 58th mall in the provinces.
SM City Tugegarao will open with 85 percent of space lease awarded.
The company said the mall will further highlight shopping, dining, and entertainment activities in the capital of Cagayan Province.
SM City Tuguegarao features two levels of mixed-use commercial space incorporating local and international shopping and dining destinations led by SM Group’s brands such as The SM Store, SM Supermarket, Ace Hardware, Pet Express, Sports Central, Our Home, SM Appliance Center, Watsons, Surplus, Miniso, Crocs, Levi’s and BDO.
SM City Tuguegarao is located at Bagay road, Barangay Caritan Norte, will have five SM Cinemas, FoodCourt, Wellness Zone, Cyberzone, almost 2,000 carpark slots and transport bays.
This new mall will also feature Valley Park, which will provide a lush al fresco venue for shoppers and guests.
