SM Investments Corp. said it is pricing its tender offer in 2Go Group Inc. at P14.64 per share or about P5.54 billion.
The company said valuation was based on a fairness opinion prepared by BPI Capital Corp.
2Go has 15.39 percent public float, equivalent to 378.82 million shares.
SM Investments said the tender offer will run between March 15 and April 28.
The company said it will settle the payment of tendered shares between May 2 and May 10.
The tender offer is in preparation for a planned delisting of 2Go in the Philippine Stock Exchange.
