BLOOMBERRY Resorts Corp. said unit Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Inc., which operates Solaire Resort and Casino, has bought 1.94 million shares of the company in the open market.
Bloomberry said the shares “will be given as a reward to Solaire’s loyal patron as part of (its) marketing program.
The shares were bought on Monday, August 19, at a range of P7.50 to P7.70 apiece.

Bloomberry recorded a 37.5-percent decline in profit in the first half of the year to P4 billion from P6.4 billion in the same period in 2023. Revenues dropped 3 percent to P24.8 billion from P25.6 billion last year.
