Real estate investment trust (REIT) firms Filinvest REIT Corp., RL Commercial REIT and DDMP REIT Inc. have disbursed dividends of their initial public offerings (IPOs).
Filinvest REIT said it has disbursed P2.02 billion, two months after listing with the Philippine Stock Exchange.
Robinsons Land Corp.-affiliated RL Commercial REIT has disbursed P3.24 billion of the P23.5 billion IPO proceeds it raised after selling to the public 3.64 billion shares at P6.45 per share.
DDMP REIT of DoubleDragon Properties Corp. has disbursed P7.94 billion of its P14.71 billion IPO proceeds since listing in March this year.
DDMP REIT sold to the public 6.53 billion of its shares at P2.25 apiece.
