Puregold Price Club Inc. said first semester profit grew 17 percent to P3.99 billion from P3.4 billion last year.
Sales reached P76.18 billion, down 7.1 percent from P82 billion.
Puregold said 72 percent of the revenues is attributed to the Puregold Stores network and the rest from its S&R Membership warehouse clubs and S&R New York Style Pizza stores.

As of end-June, Puregold had 484 stores nationwide – 418 Puregold stores, 20 S&R membership shopping warehouse, and 46 S&R New York Style QSR.
