The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp. (PSALM) will hold a second round of public bidding for a 50,447- square meter property in Mexico, Pampanga.
PSALM said the property located in Barangay Lagundi has a minimum bid price of P741.33 million, consisting of one lot that is a former site of the transshipment warehouse facility of the National Power Corp.’s (NPC) North Luzon generation and transmission projects.
The bidding will involve the land as well as the warehouse structures and other land improvements and will be on an as-is, where-is basis as remittance of full payment is expected.
PSALM added the property is appropriate for commercial land development and can be redeveloped for wholesale and retail stores, shops and supermarkets as it is highly accessible via the North Luzon Expressway, Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway, MacArthur highway and Jose Abad Santos avenue.
