Carousell Philippines is bullish about the prospects of the electronic commerce and online classified ads market as Filipinos learn to adopt the digital lifestyle.
Djon Nacario, Carousell Philippines newly-appointed general manager Djon Nacario, in a press conference on Wednesday, said the company opens the year with the integration of Property24 into its operations on March 8.
“This will give the property portal access to 4.62 million monthly visitors of Carousell,” Nacario said.
The company has seen a surge in visits since the pandemic as buyers locked up in their homes are doing their research online first before going to the site of the property. Sellers have also been using their portal to showcase the properties in lieu of a physical showroom.
Nacario said the integration of Property24 will provide an effective online platform for leading real estate developers, agencies, and brokers to help themshowcase their property listings to a wider audience of qualified prospective buyers.
