Power supply deal

AC Energy Corp. signed a power supply agreement to provide the peak hours electricity requirement of consumer goods company Pacific Synergy’s plant in Laguna.

The partnership is expected to provide 28,913 megawatt hours of power from renewable sources in the next two years, equivalent to eliminating an estimated 1,500 tons of carbon dioxide which equal to around 324 cars off the road annually. The parties did not disclose the amount involved in the partnership.

Among Pacific Synergy’s products are the SIP Purified Water, Actipure hand sanitizers and Hearth with a line of products designed to protect the environment.
