The Philippine National Oil Co. (PNOC) is seeking proposals for the long-term lease and re-development of a portion of its land holdings in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
In a statement posted at the state-run firm’s website, the property is ideal for a mixed-use office and commercial building that will cater to government agencies, instrumentalities and corporations engaged in energy development and other private companies and individuals.
PNOC said the selection of the private sector developer will be done through public bidding under applicable public-private partnership laws and regulations.
A consultative meeting will be held on January 17 as part of its market-sounding activities and formulation of the terms of reference for the selection of a private-sector developer.
The previous administrations of PNOC have attempted to have a master plan of the property in Taguig to maximize its use and generate additional income for the government.
