PLDT Global Corp., the international unit of PLDT Inc., yesterday announced a strategic partnership with stc Pay Bahrain, a leading mobile wallet in the Middle East.
This collaboration aims to provide Filipinos in Bahrain with seamless access to a range of financial services, making it easier for them to support their families in the Philippines.
“This collaboration with stc Pay adds to our portfolio of services for Filipinos in the Middle East, promoting convenience and enhancing their overall experience. We are committed to providing reliable and innovative solutions that empower our customers and their families,” said Albert Villa-Real, PLDT Global president and chief executive officer, in a statement Tuesday.
stc Pay Bahrain will onboard PLDT Global’s digital vouchers, electronic gifts, bills payment services and subscription PINs directly from Vortex, PLDT Global’s robust, secure and integration-ready digital distribution platform, ensuring seamless transactions for users.
Customers will also be able to top up their mobile credits, pay postpaid bills, settle Philippine utility bills, and access government and insurance services, all through the stc Pay Bahrain app.
