Eric Gregor Tan, PH1WD Landscapes general manager, said the Cavite project follows the successful launch of Northscapes in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan

Tan said that just like in the Bulacan project, the Cavite project will carry Northscapes’

energy efficiency features that appealed both aesthetically and functionally.”

“These are just some of the main differentiators of our Trece Martires project,” he said.

“Many people loved what we did with Northscapes, so we’re bringing the same sustainable concepts through our latest project, while addressing the demand for higher quality residences. It’s a testament to our commitment to provide great living experiences,” he added.

Tan said the Bulacan the project was warmly received by the market and is now “almost 80 percent” sold.

“Just like Northscapes, our latest offering in Trece Martires is envisioned to offer an extraordinary kind of living. We aim to set the bar high in terms of innovation in horizontal developments,” he said.
