THE global in-house center of Procter & Gamble (P&G) located in the Philippines has expanded the scope of its operations and has grown its employee headcount.
P&G Philippines Business Services Inc. (PGPBS) in a statement said it now employs over 1,900 Filipinos and now supports critical operational areas across Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North and South America.
Located in Bonifacio Global City, PGPBS delivers in-house business services that include finance, accounting, information technology, supply chain, and human resources across P&G’s global operations.
PGPBS said it has embraced cutting-edge technologies, including SAP systems, smart automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) accelerators to drive growth and deliver value to its global operations.
PGPBS started in 1999 initially with 76 employees for the financial accounting needs for 11 P&G Asia-Pacific markets.
