One in four small businesses are not able to track all their income and expenses leading to lost revenues.
A survey 300 microentrepreneurs conducted by tech startup Lista PH showed 64 percent use traditional and most often manual methods to monitor income, expenses, and customer debts such as writing on notebooks, while only 3 percent use digital tools such as Microsoft Excel.
Lista PH’s free to use digital tool aimed at helping small businesses, freelancers and individuals digitize their business and provide a free and secure way of easily easily managing their finances.
Co-founder Aaron Villegas said since its launch in September, Lista has helped collect over P75 million in receivables of MSMEs or an average of P3,800 paid per user.
