Philippine Airlines Inc. (PAL) continues to add international and domestic flights this month, in line with the progressive easing of restrictions and reopening of borders in various countries.
In an advisory, PAL said it is operating in 31 international routes which include key destinations in the United States, Canada, Japan, Guam, Australia, Japan, among others.
As restrictions continue to ease, PAL currently operates daily flights in San Francisco, US, Guam, Vancouver, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Seoul, South Korea, Fukuoka, Osaka, Japan and Dubai.
Effective June 23, flights between Manila to Singapore and vice versa will increase from three times daily or 21 flights per week to 25 flights a week. Manila-Tokyo-Manila flights will also increase from five times a week to daily starting June 26.
For its domestic operation, PAL is operating in 42 domestic routes this month, with the continued expansion of flights in key hubs including Manila, Cebu, Iloilo and Davao.
PAL launched its Independence Day seat sale 2022 with domestic fares for as low as P188 for the economy and an economy base fare of as low as $89 roundtrip for international flights.
Travelers have the freedom to fly to their destinations of choice at dropdown fares when they book their tickets from June 6 to 12, PAL said.
Travel period is from August 1, 2022, to March 16, 2023. This special offering covers flights to all Philippine domestic destinations and international destinations such as cities in Australia, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and Greater China.
For flights within the Philippines and to Asia, travel period is from August 1 to March 16, 2023. Travel period to North America and Middle East is from September 1, 2022, and onwards. – Myla Iglesias
