Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) is spending P2.5 billion to put up its boutique hotel Abaca Resort Mactan in Cebu, set to be completed by 2024.
The 17-storey hotel will rise on a 4,500-square meter property in Punta Engano, Lapu-lapu City, previously occupied by namesake Abaca Boutique Resort. It will have 125 keys, an all-suite accommodation featuring “exclusively panoramic ocean views catering to global travelers in Cebu’s thriving tourism scene in preparation for international mobility.
