Century Properties Group Inc. expects to generate over P3 billion in sales from its latest low-rise residential units in Mandaluyong and in Pampanga.
Both fall under the Century NULIV brand, the company’s entry into luxury and upscale developments.
Monica Trajano, Century NULIV president, said the company is spending P1.5 billion for the projects – a 22-unit offering in its Mandaluyong enclave Acqua and a 109-unit offering in its San Fernando, Pampanga mixed-used project Azure North by Century.
Century NULIV’s maiden offerings diversify the company’s upscale projects into low-rise, low-density settings in contrast to the high-rise, high-density development Century Properties is known for.
The Century NULIV Townvillas at Acqua is available in three-bedroom and five-bedroom units with living area ranging between 255 and 316 square meters (sq.m.), The selling price ranges from P40 million to P60 million.
The house and lot units have an average lot size of 150 sq.m. , said Trajano.
The Pampanga project is set for launch next quarter, she said.
