New Globe towers rising in MM

Globe Telecom Inc. yesterday announced that it has built new towers in key cities in Metro Manila to meet the growing demand for faster and reliable internet services.

The new facilities are in Quezon City, namely, in San Agustin, Bagong Silangan, Doña Imelda, Pasong Putik, and Loyola Heights.

In Makati and Taguig, the sites are in Guadalupe Nuevo, Pio del Pilar, Napindan, Lower Bicutan and Bonifacio Global City. These areas have experienced a growing population comprising of residents, entrepreneurs, and workers who rely on high-speed internet for learning, collaboration, and entertainment.

In Parañaque, upgrades in Pacific Avenue and Barangay Don Bosco have improved network performance to meet rising digital demands.

This expansion is now serving a diverse community that includes online entrepreneurs, remote workers, students attending virtual classes, and families enjoying digital entertainment.

“Metro Manila is always on the move, and connectivity has to keep up,” Joel Agustin, SVP for network planning and engineering, pointed out. “Globe is building new sites and boosting capacity where people learn, work, and live to make sure our network can meet real, everyday demands not just today, but in the years to come.”

Globe’s network transformation is currently spreading to all corners of Metro Manila. Cities such as Caloocan, Las Piñas, Marikina, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Manila, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Pasay, Pasig, San Juan, and Valenzuela are seeing upgrades in schools, major transportation hubs, commercial centers, and residential communities.
