The National Development Company (NDC) recently signed a 25-year commercial lease with TBG Shared Services Inc., operator of 23 popular restaurant brands in the Philippines including TGI Fridays, Hard Rock Cafe and Texas Roadhouse.
The long-term commercial lease covers a vacant lot owned by NDC on Kamagong street, Makati City and will become the site of TBG Shared Services’ new corporate head office.
TBG Shared Services will occupy up to five floors of office space, along with planned commercial spaces at the ground floor.
TBG will build a structure on the lot covering 1,000 square meters. Expected completion date is in 2026.
NDC expects to earn P7 million in annual leases, proceeds of which will be used for the agency’s projects.
TBG established its roots in Kamagong in 1994. The company plans to open Bistro restaurants at the ground level.
