The Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) will resume disconnection activities in the National Capital Region after it was placed under alert level 4 general community quarantine last September 16
Meralco said that disconnection activities in the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal and Lucena City in Quezon will remain suspended until September 30 as these places are still under modified enhanced community quarantine until the end of the month.
Meralco assured customers that disconnection activities will be suspended in areas that will be placed under granular lockdown by local government units.
