Megaworld Corp. expects to generate P2.3 billion from its first residential project in its mixed-use development in San Vicente, Palawan.
The 10-story Oceanfront Premier Residences that will rise in Megaworld’s 83-hectare Paragua Coastown will offer 189 “smart home” units with sizes ranging from 32 square meters (sq.m.) to 105.5 sq.m.
Oceanfront Premier Residences is set for completion by 2028.

Abustan said suited for families are the one- and two-bedroom premier suites that come with several features specifically designed to give active adults the freedom and ease of movement throughout their space.
All units at Oceanfront Premier Residences will feature wireless smart home systems.
Retail areas will also be accessible to future residents at the ground level. The third-floor central amenity area is highlighted by an infinity pool. Other amenities include a kiddie pool, in-pool lounge and pool deck, reading nook and meditation area, outdoor lounges, function room, fitness center with yoga area, co-working space, game room, and daycare.
