Megaworld Corp. expects to generate P5.2 billion sales in its newest residential project in Pasig City, Arcovia Parkplace.
The third residential project in its 12.3 hectare Arcovia City on C5 road, Arcovia Parkplace will offer 494 units ranging from studio with and without balcony (up to 32 square meters); one-bedroom with balcony (up to 48 sq.m.); “executive” one-bedroom (up to 60.50 sq.m.); two bedroom with balcony (up to 80.50 sq.m.); two bedroom bi-level penthouse with balcony (up to 140.50 sq.m.); and three bedroom penthouse with balcony (up to 195 sq.m.).
In a statement, the company said the 50-storey project “will be packed with generous lifestyle amenities at the seventh level that include an adult pool and children’s pool with water play, on-pool lounge, raised lawn garden, multi-purpose sunken lawn, fitness center, outdoor fitness area, children’s playground, function hall, private dining room, game room, daycare center, and co-working spaces.
“Arcovia Parkplace will also have a garden and lounge areas at the roof deck, as well as sky gardens at the 17th and 39th floors,” Megaworld said.
Arcovia Parkplace is eyed for turnover by 2029.
