Megaworld Corporation is considering total sales of P560 million from the lone project it launched in the first quarter of the year, citing the need to reduce its residential unit inventory.
Megaworld said the “Grand Marina Esplanade in The Hamptons Caliraya” is a mixed-use development project in Laguna.
The project took center stage during a presentation at the Philippine Stock Exchange’s Strengthening Access and Reach (STAR) forum on Friday.
Megaworld Head of Investor Relations Andy de la Cruz said the Grand Marina Esplanade in Caliraya is offering 20 lots spread across over 14,000 square meters (sqm) of sellable area, with an average selling price of P40,000.
“The project turnover is expected by 2029, aiming to reach a sales value of around P560 million,” he said.
The Hamptons Caliraya is a 300-hectare mixed-use development that Megaworld is developing in the Lumban-Cavinti area.
