Megaworld Corp., said it will build a 24-storey LEED-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) office building in its 15.4-hectare Uptown Bonifacio township in Taguig City.
Located along 11th Avenue, the office tower dubbed International Finance Center will offer 69,200 square meters (sq.m.) of office spaces within a bustling commercial and retail area just across Uptown Mall and beside Uptown Parade, the company said.
“The office tower will also be just a two-minute walk to the three residential condominium developments of Uptown Bonifacio, and a three-minute walk towards Kalayaan Avenue leading to either Makati City or C5,” it added.
The tower features six levels of combined podium and basement parking with around 712 slots, and 30 passenger elevators including four parking and two service elevators, ensuring speed and convenience for tenants and employees.
The International Finance Center is Megaworld’s 7th office development in Uptown Bonifacio, complementing six other towers – Alliance Global Tower, Uptown Place Tower 1, Uptown Place Tower 2, Uptown Place Tower 3, Uptown Eastgate, and Worldwide Plaza. Two of the office towers have been given Silver LEED certifications – Uptown Place Towers 1 and 2, three have pending Silver LEED certifications – Uptown Place Tower 3, Alliance Global Tower, and Uptown Eastgate, and one for LEED Gold certification – Worldwide Plaza.
The company’s gross leasable office portfolio for the seven towers amount to 400,450 sq.m.
