MEGAWORLD Corp. grew its nine-month profit by 14 percent to P13.73 billion from P12.04 billion in 2023.
Revenues hit P59.78 billion, up 23 percent from P48.6 billion.
The Andrew Tan-controlled firm said the growth underscores “strategic execution and its ability to drive growth across its diversified portfolio, including residential, leasing, and hotel segments.”
The company said its real estate segment posted sales of P37.85 billion, up 30 percent, reflecting what it calls as “sustained demand across Megaworld’s township developments.”
Revenues from leasing hit P14.16 billion, up nearly 7 percent.
Megaworld Lifestyle Malls led this growth with a 16- percent increase in revenues to P4.52 billion. Revenues of Megaworld Premier Offices rose 6 percent to P9.63 billion.
Megaworld Hotels and Resorts posted a revenue growth of 38 percent to P3.64 billion.
