Megawide Construction Corp. said unit PH1 World Developers Inc. (PH1WD) has tapped a P3- billion debt from BDO Unibank Inc.to fund its flagship project My Enso Lofts (MEL), in Quezon City.
“My Enso Lofts is a 45-storey development that introduces PH1WD’s unique ‘extra space at no extra cost’ concept through its Add-loft innovation that gives customers the freedom to customize their living spaces and maximize functionality,” Megawide said.
“All units have up to 38 percent more space than typical condominium units. PH1WD also puts a premium on daily living experience for customers with unit owners receiving fit-outs that are more than the current industry standard for ease of move-in,” it added.
My Enso Lofts was launched in November 2020 and is expected to be completed by 2026.

Since its inception in 2014, PH1WD, formerly MySpace Properties Inc., has been active in property development and is currently at the tail end of turning over the last tower of its maiden development The Hive Residences located in Taytay, Rizal.
The company also recently launched Modan Lofts Ortigas Hills and is looking to unveil projects in Pasig City and Pampanga, all under PH1WD’s vertical pipeline.
“In the horizontal space, PH1WD will soon launch its development in Bulacan through Northscapes San Jose Del Monte with features that go beyond the traditional house and lot offerings. Northscapes will be the first horizontal project in PH1WD’s expanded portfolio and will feature energy efficiency as a key differentiator to disrupt the real estate scene,” the company said.
Northscapes includes solar panels, tinted windows, insulated walls per unit, as well as e-shuttles, and solar-powered streetlights within the development.
