Max’s Group triples capacity

Max’s Group Inc.’s (MGI) P1- billion peso investment in a commissary has more than tripled its capacity a year into its operation.

In a statement, MGI said

No Bia Food Manufacturing and Distribution Center, has also enabled the company to boost its B2B business.

Occupying almost 20,000 square meters of land area in Carmona, Cavite, the commissary can manufacture up to nearly 2,000 metric tons of food each month, from meats, sauces, and bakery line.

The commissary is able to support the Group’s 600-plus local store network in the Philippines, as well as its growing retail and manufacturing partners.

MGI’s brands such as Max’s Restaurant, Pancake House, Yellow Cab Pizza Co., and Krispy Kreme are now present under the newly-launched Max’s Group Kitchen imprint in over 300 retail partner stores; including both the physical and digital channels of notable players such as SM Markets, Robinsons Group, WalterMart, Shell Select, AllDay Supermarket, Puregold, Gaisano Market, Lazada, Shopee, MetroMart, and GrabMart.

“After squeezing three years of transformation into three quarters of business revolution, we are confident in the momentum we’ve built and are excited to see the fruits of our labor rewarded as we are primed to go beyond our anticipated renewal,” said Ariel Fermin, MGI president.
