MANILA Water Co. Inc. said it grew its nine-month profit by 39 percent to P10.1 billion compared to last year’s P7.26 billion.
Revenues reached P27.55 billion, up 19 percent from P23.14 billion.
Earnings before interest tax depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) was at P19.15 billion, up 26 percent from P15.25 billion last year.

The Razon-controlled water distributor reported a 5 percent increase in billed volume, at 1.02 billion cubic meters compared to 968 million cubic meters last year.
The Metro Manila east concession billed 396.1 million cubic meter-worth of water while unit Manila Water Asia Pacific billed a total of 529.9 million-worth of water.
