DMCI Homes looks to generate P12.4 billion from its Makati residential project, the 37-storey Fortis Residences.
Fortis Residences offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units spanning from 55.50 to 154 square meters, with prices starting at P13.8 million. The project is located on Chino Roces avenue.
Construction of Fortis Residences has reached its sixth floor as of April, marking an 18.32 percent completion rate and aligning with the targeted December 2027 completion deadline, DMCI said.
DMCI said that Fortis Residences capitalizes on its proximity to business districts, transportation hubs, and essential amenities, promising residents unparalleled convenience and connectivity.
DMCI said Fortis Residences offers “a tranquil sanctuary in this high-growth district of Makati.”
