Industrial lots in Aboitiz InfraCapital’s LIMA Estate now fetch between P7,500 and P8,300 per square meter (sq.m.).
The quotations are for Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA)-registered and non PEZA-registered lots, respectively, exclusive of value-added tax, according to the marketing material Malaya obtained.
The 800-hectare PEZA-registered LIMA Estate that straddles Lipa and Malvar, Batangas, holds the distinction of being the Philippines’ largest privately-owned industrial park.
It accommodates over 50,000 employees, with 111 locators, 100 retail stores and restaurants, a 138-room 4-star hotel, a transportation hub and over 2,000 households.
It is being positioned as a spot that redefine industrial living in the Calabarzon area.
Aboitiz Construction, a sister-company of Aboitiz InfraCapital, recently said it has started land development in the 72.2-hectare expansion of LIMA Estate due in 2025.
Once completed, the expansion will help accommodate new businesses in the area and generate thousands of job opportunities for local communities, the company said in a statement. – Ruelle Castro
