MEGAWORLD Corp. is selling some of the initial batches of its residential lots in Lialto Beach and Golf Estates in Lian, Batangas starting at P8 million.
Materials obtained by Malaya Business Insight showed the group is offering its residential beach lot at no downpayment, payable in five years.
The Lialto lots range from 300 square meters (sq.m.) to 1,200 sq.m., with prices starting at an introductory rate of P25,000 to P30,000 per sq.m.

Megaworld is developing the 150-hectare Lialto for P5 billion in the next 10 years though unit Global-Estate Resorts Inc.
Lialto Beach and Golf Estates is a “sprawling integrated lifestyle community sitting on a highland featuring sweeping views of the sea and nearby islands,” the company said.
