The Land Bank of the Philippines (Landbank) expressed its continued support to the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) in ensuring the delivery of responsive and efficient service of Government-Owned or-Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) to Filipinos.
Landbank President and CEO Cecilia Borromeo met with GCG Chairperson Alex Quiroz to explore areas of collaboration, including future plans to further optimize Landbank’s organizational structure.
GCG commended Landbank for consistently garnering a high rating on the Corporate Governance Scorecard (CGS) among GOCCs over the years, demonstrating the state-run bank’s adherence to the highest standards of excellence in public service.
Landbank currently serves the banking needs of GCG, including payroll service for its employees and convenient digital payment solutions to suppliers through the LANDBANKweAccess, the bank’s internet banking facility for institutional clients.
