DMCI Homes eyes to generate P30 billion from Kalea Heights, its residential project in Cebu City.
DMCI Homes expects to spend as much as P24 billion for condominium development that will rise at a 4.6-hectare property on Good Shepherd Road in Barangay Guadalupe.
A total of 600 units are eyed for launch in the initial phase of the project, which will be priced between P5.7 million and P13.4 million per unit.
The project is set for turnover starting in December 2029. DMCI said first to be launched of the four-building development is the 41-storey Leia Building, offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 29.5 square meters (sq.m.) to 88.5 sq,m.
