Jollibee Foods Corp. said the debut of its West End Jollibee branch exceeded the opening day sales records of its Leeds, Leicester City, and Liverpool openings, selling “over 4,000 of Chickenjoy in its first day alone.”
“Half of the customers were local Londoners wanting a taste of Jollibee’s bestseller menu,” the company said.
The opening comes as Jollibee continues its crossover to the mainstream British market, which comprises 75 percent of its customers in its latest stores.

Jollibee is now open in four cities across the UK – London, Liverpool, Leeds, and Leicester — and is planning six further launches before the end of 2021.
