Jollibee Foods Corp. is investing SGD $90 million in private equity fund Titan Dining II LP (Titan Fund II).
Jollibee said unit Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd. (JWPL) is taking a 90 percent stake in the fund that will be capitalized at SGD$100 million.
It will be used to fund “strategic investments in food and beverage concepts with the objective to further grow Asia Pacific food service brands and/or bring strong global food service brands to Asia Pacific,” Jollibee said.

Titan Fund II will be managed by Titan Dining Partners II Ltd., consisted of individuals with extensive experience in the food and beverage sector in the Asia-Pacific region.
Jollibee did not provide details of what brands Titan Dining II LP will invest into.
