IWG said hybrid working offers companies a significantly lower cost base with an average savings of $11,000 per employee.

The average size per site is 1,000 to 1,500 square meters.

The two sites are part of IWG’s drive to meet the rising demand for flexible working space.

Globally, the company plans to open 1,000 sites.
